After 10 years of exciting work, I left the comfort zone of the Amsterdam advertising world In 1990. Two years later I founded Engels & Partners – the first agency for freelance marcom professionals in the Netherlands.

With over 130 exclusively represented freelancers at more than 200 clients, my agency became the authority on freelance work for experienced marcom professionals. In 2008 I sold Engels & Partners to The Works Group, in which it still successfully operates today.

Now I passionately use my experience and commitment as an investor, commissioner, strategic business advisor and motivational speaker. I act as a sounding board and catalyst. Open, honest and reliable. Sometimes sharp and stubborn. But always constructive.
